Permaculture farming Lansrode

The permaculture farm of Lansrode is located close to Brussels. Its activities focus on two main aspects: the disappearance of “landscapes” and the urgent need to re-establish an eco-responsible environment that is resilient in relation to current climate change. The property presents a rare combination of history and a varied ecosystem: wood – pond – meadow – orchard – historic courtyard and garden, all in hilly terrain. And they work following the principles of permaculture always thinking about how to build soil.

Lansrode is creating a food forest and testing a large number of different climate change resilient trees. They are also helping to restore detoriated land in Belgium with trees and shrubs.

Life Terra is pleased to work together with the Lansrode team and their extensive network of permaculturalists, nursery & soil specialists and above all tree lovers.
