Barrio Life

Barrio Life is a Dutch-Spanish travel agency focusing on sustainable & local travel adventures in Spain, Portugal and Morocco. In 2022 the company decided to compensate ALL travel related impacts of their clients (flights, rental cars, stayovers) for this and coming seasons. They manage a detailed carbon calculation for each booking and offset the CO2 impact through tree plantings. This way travelers can enjoy their holidays with a “green” conscience.

At the end of 2022 a part of their Barcelona team planted a first part of their 1.000 trees committed. A fantastic way to make travel truly sustainable and a true example for the sector!
