5 trees for the Lithuanian Environmental Minister

During the opening of the Agrifood conference, Life Terra’s founder Sven Kallen was invited to hand over a Certificate for 5 planted trees to Mr Simonas Gentvilas, the Minister of Environment of Lithuania. The handover followed a video of the tree planting project close to Vilnius where Lithuanian school kids helped plant 300+ trees the previous day.

All 50+ speakers at the Agrifood forum have received a similar voucher with trees planted across multiple projects in the 20 different European countries where Life Terra is currently active. It is Life Terra’s objective to push a “Call to Action” and motivate speakers and participants to move beyond good words and inspired stories. Planting trees is a great way to involve local communities, create awareness and engage in concrete local climate action.

If you are inspired please contact us, we’re always open to new ideas and ways to collaborate, let’s plant together!
