A trip to Italy for SuperHeero
Part of the Life Terra team travelled between Padua and Pavia to meet in person with key partners involved in the Scaling SuperHeero project. In Padua, Sven Kallen met Simone Buffa, EU project manager and Renewables and Energy Efficiency Expert. At the same time in Pavia, at R2M’s headquarters in the technological hub, we connected with CEO Thomas Messervey and part of the team, continuing the exchange from another angle.
The goal was simple: step away from calls and create space for real conversations. Aligning on ideas, exploring potential projects, and shaping pilot actions to develop together. Open, focused, and grounded discussions.
During those same days, we also presented the Scaling SuperHeero project directly to landowners in Northern Italy and to some of our partners. Sharing it in person made a difference. It allowed for immediate feedback, honest reactions, and real conversations. The response was engaged and positive, confirming strong interest in the approach and its potential on the ground.
SuperHeero is already up and running and gradually taking shape. This kind of shared commitment, care, and attention to the process is what allows strong projects to grow over time.
