Adyen volunteer planting day in Huntingdon

Last week, the Life Terra team welcomed Adyen's UK office for their second annual tree-planting volunteering day in Huntingdon. This planting formed part of a larger project in which Life Terra’s partners ITF & ‘Creating Nature’s Corridors’ started to help an area prone to flooding.

The hedges we planted are to slow down floods of rainwater and reduce erosion by improving water absorption. We also planted a mix of native shrubs and tree species that animals and birds love, creating natural habitats for wildlife.

Big shout out to the UK team for bringing great energy to the field, and their hands-on mentality during the day. We also loved meeting Golden Retriever Bella & Cocker Spaniel Ruby.
