Celebrating the Dutch National day for Tree Planting

Last Wednesday, November 10, on the Dutch National day for Tree Planting (#Nationaleboomfeestdag) we planted 1.000 trees in Gemeente Barendrecht.

Thanks to two very enthusiastic high school classes of Calvijn Groene Hart and the partners of Mach3Builders, we set a record time: the trees were planted within 2 hours!

Afterwards, everybody was rewarded with a warm snack on behalf of Wouter Onis.

We are looking forward to doing more plantings together in the future (and not only because of the snack )!
