Monitoring Visit to the Chateaupers Biodiversity Corridor
A recent monitoring visit was conducted on February 27, 2026, to the Chateaupers Biodiversity Corridor in France. Observers noted the site's progress, remarking on the current state of the planted species. While some young trees were initially challenging to spot amidst the surrounding tall grass, careful inspection confirmed their vitality. A notable observation was the distinct difference in growth between trees. Those located in areas where grass had been removed or mulched appeared to be thriving, showing significantly more robust development. In places where grass was absent, the survival rate was observed to be excellent, accompanied by strong growth. The site generally presented a very promising outlook, with anticipation for the emergence of leaves and flowers in the upcoming spring.
