A Visit to the Diepenveen Planting Site
A recent visit to the Diepenveen planting site offered a glimpse into the progress of the project. The site, located in the Netherlands, showed positive signs of development. Observations indicated a very high establishment rate among the planted trees. Maintenance activities, including irrigation, have been implemented. The trees appeared healthy, with no particular species exhibiting increased mortality. No evidence of natural regeneration was observed, nor were there signs of any catastrophic events impacting the site. The overall impression was one of a well-maintained and thriving planting area.
