Dosolo trees in Mantua province, Italy, doing very well

At the end of 2021, Life Terra, engaged in its first big tree planting project in Italy. In Dosolo we planted almost 11.000 trees of 9 different species, as part of a restoration project to create more nature and river bed protection thanks to trees.

In March '24 a team of Life Terra went back to check up on the health of the trees. Since this area is next to the Po river, and regularly flooded due to heavy rains, the trees were doing very well and growing fast. The Conzorcio maintains the land to keep most grasses at bay and at least 95% of the planted trees were surviving in excellent shape. To be continued!
