Elisa and Legambiente kickstarts "Festa dell'Albero" with schools in Padova

Last weekend Elisa, together with the pupils of the Arcobaleno primary school, symbolically kicked off the planting of 65 trees in the Lower Isonzo Agricultural Park, an area of the Veneto city rescued from land consumption and cementification and where associations, farms and institutions are now the protagonists of a regeneration process that aims to enhance agriculture and ecology in the urban sphere as well.

The one on 21 March was just the first in a series of tree-planting events that will continue until next autumn in various Italian cities. So many green lungs thanks also to the Music for the Planet fundraiser, promoted and supported by artist Elisa Toffoli in favour of Legambiente, to help achieve the objectives of the European Life Terra project.

The Music for the Planet tree festival events are the result of the joint commitment of Legambiente and artist Elisa in the fight against the climate crisis. Over the past Christmas festivities, Elisa organised special concerts promoting fundraising and the activation of a solidarity SMS which enabled over a thousand trees to be purchased.
