Emotional tree planting day in Perdikkas, Greece

An emotional tree planting event took place on Saturday 22nd May in a forest area close to the Dam of the artificial lake of Perdikkas in Ptolemais, Greece. Life Terra in cooperation with CERTH and Pontiac Club of Perdikkas organized a symbolic tree planting into the framework of the 102th memory of Greek Pontics’ Genocide.

During the event, we planted cypresses, macedonian oaks, cornelian cherries and sycamore.
