EY team joined us again to plant trees in Mariënwaerdt
Two teams from EY joined us one day in late November at the Mariënwaerdt Estate to replant a forest destroyed by Ash Dieback disease.
In contrast to the week of rain preceding it, the day dawned bright and clear and it was a pleasure to be out in nature, in winter sunshine, backdropped by birdsong.
The EY teams planted 800 young trees, which are now standing in neat rows where previously just stumps and scrub existed. In just a few years, these will mature into an enchanting and hardy mixed woodland, bursting with biodiversity.
Thank you EY for joining us again in the field, and as always, we look forward to welcoming you next time!
