Future Classroom Lab course ‘STEM and active learning’ 2025

As part of the 2025 STEM and Active Learning course at the Future Classroom Lab in Brussels, Life Terra delivered a live presentation of its educational resources to a group of 19 teachers from across Europe.

During the session, participants were introduced to key Life Terra tools including the Terra Mission Educational Pack, the Guide for School Plantings, and the Life Terra MOOC. Teachers were invited to explore these materials hands-on and reflect on how they could be integrated into their teaching practices.

The focus was on strengthening competences outlined in major educational frameworks such as GreenComp and LifeComp, empowering educators to support their students in developing knowledge, skills, and values aligned with environmental sustainability and personal development.

By connecting climate education with active learning strategies, the workshop demonstrated how teachers can turn sustainability into a concrete and engaging part of the school curriculum.
