Life Terra participates in the XV National Congress of the Spanish Association of Land Ecology

Life Terra relies on its scientists and experts to achieve our commitment to plant the right tree in the right place (and for the right purpose) and ensure high-quality actions while involving society in ecological restoration.

This week, our team in Spain had the pleasure to present Life Terra at the XV National Congress of the Spanish Association of Land Ecology (AEET - Asociación Española de Ecología Terrestre).

As part of the symposium "Ecological restoration in Spain in the framework of the UN Decade of Restoration (2021-2030). How can Spain contribute to its objectives?", Santi Sabaté, from Universitat de Barcelona, shared our main principles, goals, challenges and opportunities. Life Terra also contributed with two posters highlighting our strategies for Education and Technology.

It was a pleasure to network, share knowledge and learn about many other initiatives and state-of-the-art research from experts in ecology.

One of the main outcomes of the AEET congress was the importance of transferring scientific knowledge to society and involving citizens from all ages and contexts in ecological protection and restoration.

You can find the Life Terra poster 1 and poster 2.
