Life Terra´s participation in an online thematic info day about forests

On November 27, 2020, CERTH participated in an online workshop organized by the Greek LIFE Task Force about LIFE program and Forest: Reality, challenges and needs in forest management in 21st century Greece.

Mr. Kourkoumpas from CERTH made a presentation about the restoration of margin land, and two LIFE programs, LIFE The Green Link and Life Terra. The audience was very interested in both programs, especially with the Life Terra project which is so ambitious for Europe and the mitigation of climate change that could offer by planting 500 million trees.
