Planting day in Kranochori

On Thursday 4th of November, Life Terra with the CERTH team organized a planting event at Kranochori, Municipality of Nestorio, Kastoria Region.

A total of 150 trees were planted, from the species Quercus macedonia, Pinus brutia, Pinus nigra.

The trees were planted in two sites, in one former landfill and in a forest area nominated by the Municipality of Nestorio and the President of the local community. Among the participants, there were children between 6-11 years old.
