Planting day in Portugal, Quinta da Penha Longa

Last 23rd of March Life Terra was at Quinta da Penha Longa (QPL) in a planting event.  QPL is a 160 ha estate including a golf course, hotel, 4 villages , and an ancient monastery and church used in the present as a cultural and meeting center. From the forest point of view the estate has a serious problem of invasive species. This is the link with Life Terra: the residents and the administration of the estate united in a common effort to eradicate invasive species and plant autochthonous ones. That was precisely what happened with our support.
