Last Friday, November 11, we had our first school planting in Mallén, Zaragoza, where 200 students from different years participated in the planting of 200 trees in a degraded area near the village. This school planting is part of a bigger reforestation project that Life Terra, together with the municipality of Mallén, is implementing in this area.
The children had a great time in the field, learning about trees and planting some Mediterranean species such as the kermes oak, the stone pine and the phoenicean juniper.
