Professional planting en El Espinar has finished!

Last Saturday 12th of February we finished planting 11.000 trees in Finca las Moradas, in Campo Azalvaro.

It’s been a long ride, preparing paperwork, preparing the soil with keyline, fighting with the frost, etc. But the trees are finally on the ground, and we are really excited to be part of this fantastic project! Trees have been planted following the contour lines creating big living fences in the 55 ha of land. This will help increase water infiltration, reduce erosion, reduce wind exposure to soil and animals, and create food and habitats for different animal species.

This has been the first phase of the project, but more trees will come and we hope to make an impact and influence people in the surroundings as trees are much needed in this area!
