Professional planting in Mallén, Zaragoza

The professional planting in Mallén has started! The city hall of a small town close to Zaragoza, Mallén is aware of the importance of the regeneration of their landscape to improve the connectivity of habitats. The erosion is generating a lot of soil losses in these areas due to its lack of vegetation.

To improve this ecosystem, a total of 14 ha will be planted before the spring and another 34 ha in October. The University of Barcelona has been in charge of the species selection and distribution.
