Visiting Arba Litoral NGO

The Arba Litoral NGO in Cubelles/Vilanova (south of Barcelona) has its own nursery to grow native species which are then planted to restore degraded areas. Their volunteers showed us around several urban and peri-urban projects explaining the difficulties of getting the bushes and trees established (mainly the lack of irrigation in summer).

Together we will explore collaborations for new nature restoration projects for this coming season. Stay tuned!
