In 2021, PayPal committed to reaching net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040 and they are making measurable progress toward that goal. For the past two years, they have maintained their commitment to powering their global data center operations with 100% renewable energy.

At PayPal, they are working to reduce their environmental footprint and support sustainability projects in the communities where they live and work. They are also focused on advancing innovations that can help vulnerable populations on the front lines of climate change better withstand and recover from climate disasters.

In addition to mitigating their own impact, they are exploring ways that our products and services can enable commerce and investments that create economic opportunity for all.

In April 2023 Life Terra was part of the PayPal Give at checkout programme. Customers could give Life Terra 1 euro at checkout of their online shopping cart, when they paid through PayPal.
