Life Terra is proud to collaborate with the Arconic Foundation on ecosystem restoration initiatives that contribute to healthier landscapes and greater climate resilience. Together, we are helping restore degraded land while creating opportunities for communities to engage directly in climate action.
One example of this collaboration is the agroforestry restoration project in Castries, near Montpellier, France. In partnership with Racines de France, Carbon Emergente, Volterra Ecosystems, ASES, and local volunteers, Life Terra supported the planting of native and fruit-bearing tree species designed to restore soil health, improve biodiversity, reduce erosion, and increase water retention. The site serves as a living demonstration of how agroforestry can combine ecological restoration with sustainable agricultural production in Mediterranean landscapes.
