Monitoring Visit to Bellprat I Planting Site

A monitoring visit was conducted on March 21, 2023, at the Bellprat I planting site in Spain. Students from the University of Barcelona assessed the trees that had been planted earlier in the year. Observations indicated a remarkably high survival rate among the young trees, pointing to strong early establishment and favorable local conditions. This monitoring activity was part of a broader university project. During their visit, the students also evaluated a monitoring tool, offering valuable suggestions for its improvement. Their input is anticipated to enhance data collection, streamline fieldwork, and increase the accuracy of future reporting.
