First planting of the season in the Community of Madrid

On this occasion, the Life Terra team went planting in Alcalá de Henares to mark the beginning of the II CONVENTION of Environmental Organizations PLAMTA, of which Life Terra is a member.

Together with the primary school students of CEIP Ciudad del Aire, we planted a total of 280 trees in the schoolyard. They were able to learn about the importance of trees and their essential role in the context of the current climate crisis.

Together we planted holm oaks, maples, mulberry, almond, cherry and pomegranate trees. Trees will not only fill the courtyard with colour and beauty, but will also provide fruit for future generations of students.

Thanks to the school for their interest in making Alcalá a greener city and to the platform '1 million trees for Alcalá' for their support.
