New trees in Nice thanks to 2 PM Monaco support

Last month we celebrated a new chapter in our successful collaboration with the Ville de Nice. Together with school children, local volunteers and the Mayor of Nice and his team, we kicked off the planting of many new trees to accelerate the establishment of the new "Grand Parc de la Plaine du Var".

We are very grateful for 2PM Monaco's support to help realise this new urban reforestion project. And especially for the fact that one of its partners, Mr Christophe Carrafang, was able to join the opening ceremoney with Nice's Mayor Mr Christian Estrosi.

2PM (Personalized Portfolio Management) is an independent asset management company, based in Monaco, offering trustworthy independent and transparent wealth management services to private and institutional clients, based on personalization, quality and continuity. As part of its philanthropic policy, 2PM supported Life Terra in this project to help create new urban nature and give an impulse to biodiversity.

Background: the new park is transforming many former industrial terrains into a new, and sustainable leisure destiny. So, from "Concrete to Green" as part of Nice's strategy to create new areas that will feature opportunities for all citizens to enjoy play, walking paths and shaded corners for relaxation. At the same time new habitats for birds and pollinators are created. The new Grand Parc de la Plaine du Var will stand as a "living" classroom and a shared space, nurturing both nature and the next generation.
