Toulouse Argoulets Planting Site Visit

A recent visit to the Toulouse Argoulets planting site provided valuable insights into the progress of the project. The visit, conducted on November 3, 2025, allowed for a direct assessment of the planted area's condition. It was observed that maintenance activities had taken place, specifically the removal of protective devices from the saplings. The overall appearance of the site suggested a reasonable establishment rate for the plants. While not all plants survived, a clear majority appeared to be thriving. Notably, there was evidence of natural regeneration occurring within the site, an encouraging sign for the long-term sustainability of the area. The impact of a past drought was also acknowledged as a contributing factor influencing plant survival. The ongoing natural regeneration efforts will continue to be monitored and supported.
