La Mar de Verde

The "La Mar de Verde" association is an organization dedicated to promoting sustainability and connecting with nature in the Cádiz community. Founded in 2017, its team consists of a passionate and committed group of volunteers from diverse disciplines, united by their love for nature and the pursuit of a more sustainable future. They work closely together, sharing ideas and constantly innovating to offer workshops and activities that foster a connection with nature, resource conservation, and the creation of green spaces in the community.

Their fundamental objectives are to drive innovative social and solidarity economy projects linked to urban agriculture and to promote the social and labour inclusion of population sectors at risk of exclusion or facing difficulties accessing the labour market. Additionally, they aim to foster the socio-community integration of groups such as women, youth, the elderly, people with disabilities or illnesses, and other social groups through activities related to agriculture in its various forms.
