Valley with trees

Bosnodig

Bosnodig is an agroforest in development in Voorst, Gelderland. They are transforming 4 hectares of grassland into a sustainable, rich and varied natural area. The largest part of this area will consist of an (edible) forest. Bosnodig aims to show us what we seem to have forgotten: the forest as a source of life. It is a social, educational and recreational natural place, but also a source of food, inspiration and connection. For both current and future generations.

Bosnodig opens the door for everyone who wants to connect with nature, plant trees, and take care of our environment. Bosnodig wants to create an ideal environment for animals, insects and plants. And people of course, a paradise for nature lovers with many opportunities.

Bosnodig plants almost all their trees with school children and turns the planting into an educational experience. During their planting events, they tag the planted trees with the Life Terra tagging tool and thereby add trees to our total number. The tagging tool provides them access to their own dashboard and a direct overview of the trees they already planted in their agroforest. On top of that, Bosnodig aligns with Life Terra’s goal to include as many people as possible and to educate the next generation about climate change by giving children the chance to learn about nature and plant trees.
